they dont want to pay me back

bought shoes to the value of R1800.00 sum were late APRIL then I wore the just once and realised they were damaged so I took them back to the store and I was told that ide get contacted to after the do a quality check indeed I waited till I decided to go back and check since no1 was giving me a call wen I got there I was told that I should pick another pair but I explained that all I wanted was my money back so they told me they didn't have that much cash on sight(R1800.00),ok then I told them I would comeback after a week and they better have my money so I went back again last week Friday 05/06/2015 then the same guy told me the same thing and that's were I realised that they want me to take another pair by force so I again asked the guy as to wen the store would make the 1800.00 n he rep**** \I don't know"so I told myself I was going to report this to u guys.please help I need my money back ASAP"""
