Terrible Quality - Kurt Geiger Products

Hi All, i am a very loyal customer of Kurt Geiger and spent over 30k in the past year purchasing the latest fashion. I purchased 6 jerseys and 4 of the 6 jerseys have some quality issue. The jerseys have shrunk from a medium to very small in about 10 months, it was washed as indicated on the label and these jerseys were washed a max of 3 times. I handed the jerseys into the Alberton Branch and was sent on of for further investigation. Kurt Geiger got back to me stating that it's a wear a tear issue and there is nothing that they can do. I mean seriously, these jersey's cost at least R1000.00 each and the life span in under a year. Everybody purchases Kurt Geiger for the great quality but they don't seem to live up to their name. I can purchase a jersey from one of the local stores and will last me at least 2 - 3 years. It doesn't make sense for me to purchase anything from Kurt Geiger again. Absolutely disappointed
