Suitcase/ online channel/ email / NO SERVICE

<p>I've visited 4 different Kurt Geiger/ Spitz stores. Staff is really very helpful and friendly. There is a shoe I've been looking for for the past couple of weeks. Your website has it , media in the stores has it but no stock. I sent an email with the pic of the shoe last week but nothing . Went on facebook nothing</p>
