RETURNING SHOES

I am very disappointed by the service i recieved at Kurt Geiger in vaal mall. Last week Thursday i bought a pair of shoes worth R2500, i then realized that the shoes were very tight so decided to return them on sunday and the lady who assisted me said i can come back on monday since RCS does don't operate on Sundays.

To my surprise i went there today and i was told by Sibongile that it shows that i wore those shoes, without even stating any valid reason for her statement. I only fitted those shoes while i was in the house i never even stepped out of the house, so I'm very disappointed to find a person like Sibongile who was very rude towards me insited that i wore those shoes i mean why will i wear the shoes and have the guts to return them to the store? Am very angry and i also want to close my account i cannot be continuing with people who treat customers like trash. KURT GEIGER i hope you find this message and assist further please!!!
