Poor Quality of Shoes

<p>I put in a claim few weeks back and was rejected due to the fact that there is no evidence of any factory defect in the shoes, and reffered me to their sick 6 months return policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been a loyal Kurt Geiger customer before the days of VIP customer as I liked the brand with passion and buying your products without looking at the price for I always knew that is good value for money. I mostly wear Kurtgeiger from top to bottom and have more than 15 pairs of kurtgeiger shoes as I'm in love with different style. I bought two pairs of shoes of the same type but different colours (brown and black) more than six months ago in 2016 and spent more than R4000 on them and I hardly repeat a pair of shoe as I have plenty but worn the black one more often (the sole is evidence that I wore it more but still tact on top) as it blended more with most of my black attire. However a strange thing happened to my brown pair, it got torn on the inner front side and I hardly wear them as highlighted above. If it was the black pair with a defect, I would understand. The brown pair still look new (both top and bottom) and the bottom hardly walked as is still tact with sign of being worn just more than 3 times but the surprizing factor is the torn area which does not correspond to the condition of the shoe. It is without a shadow of a doubt a factory problem as I have never experienced such with all of my kurtgeiger shoes including the very older pairs. Kurtgeiger just lost a good customer who never stops buying. I even told the ladies who were used to seing me as a regular that kurtgeiger will see me no more because I really feel hard done by. </p> <p> </p> <p>I previously purchased a R5000 Jacket at Diesel and had a defect in a year time but the exchanged it for me with a smile irrespective of the six months return policy for the stood by their quality products. To date I can't stop telling people how excellent Diesel is. Kurtgeiger acts as though they are selling items at the price of PEP.</p> <p> </p> <p>But in anyway, I won't stop telling people how bad Kurtgeiger is...my heart is bleeding.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
