Poor Quality of Shoes

********** <br /> <br /> 31 Oct at 8:30 PM <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN</p> <p><br />I am writing this mail as a concern, i like Kurt Geiger brand with passion and buying your products without any complain. I feel comfortable in all your merchandise however a strange thing happened to my pair of shoes, leather which i procured this January 2016 and i ensure that i maintain my shoes, put solar and shoes of quality should last more than a year, especially that i am not wearing them all the time I have a lot of pairs to change.</p> <p>I feel the shoes I have had a defect because its only my left shoe tore on the side front and now on the right where i don't even utilize them a lot, if it was the front part of the shoe or the pattern of my all shoes and it is not the case so i feel hard done that I bought the pair this January and now this was not value for money .</p> <p><br />As a loyal customer i feel disappointed as it was my pride to wear KG and now I am thinking it is not ideal as it is not reaching my expectation. I hope it was just a factory error and it wont be the same in future and anyway i love the brand and it will be difficult to no longer be loyal customer .
