Not Happywith myshoes

I bought a pair of shoes at kurt geiger mall of the north, earlierthis year, I experienced some problem on those holes where we put shoe lays, I took them back to the store n the lady took some pictures n said she will call me which she never did. I called her n she said I must come n get new shoes but when I get to the store the she told me that no she is taking them for repairs n I said ohk. My shoes came back n still I am still experiencing the very same problem I called her she said she will call me n she never did till to date, please advice
