Bad Service

My name is Tshepo Kwatsha, I returned to Kurt Geiger Menlyn, after I discovered that the shirt was torned. When I visited the store, I was refused an exchange . They claim that the shirt was washed. I left it at the store they rather keep it, they treat their costumers very bad, when there is a problem.
