Kure App committed theft/*****

The app is legit and provides everything they advertise. However I cancelled my subscription and they didn't cancel after I followed all the requirements as per their initial email of membership. After I asked that they reverse the payment as I had cancelled 2 months earlier, I got an email saying I can enjoy the app for another 3 months and the cancellation will take effect after that. On trying to email again and demand a refund, I was unable to get my email going through. It kept coming back as undeliverable (almost as if my email was now blocked) What Kure App is doing is ***** and theft.
