Kurdely.com - lack of feedback and being evasive about shipment date of an order place in May 2023

I ordered from Kurdely.com on 26 May 2023. The order number is: FTP41756 To date, I am waiting for the shipment date of the order. The company provides generic replies to all emails and queries and the replies do not address the concerns raised in the emails. The company fails to provide an update on the status quo of the order or the shipment date. This company should not be in business if it cannot adhere to the order demand and its shipment policy and stipulations. I have emailed them numerous times with the same replies related to 'being patient and the shipment will be arranged as soon as possible' - this, with an 8-week waiting period for feedback and the company being evasive about the order's status quo.
