Kurdely online dress website

I ordered online a dress for a wedding at the end of April / beginning of May 2023 from Kurdely's website. The order number is FTP41756. Despite various email queries (around x15 emails) to the service provider, stating that I need the dress by/for 22 July 2023, sent to Kurdely's email address. This service provider failed to respond to my queries and to provide a shipment date. Instead the reply with 'generic email replies' linked to "due to the high demand, please be patient...".
