My car been in for repairs.

Hello Peter I Lillian van Heerden have one bad experience about my car BMW 320D 2002 MODEL. Precisely 5mnts ago l took my car to a garage to fix the gearbox mountings and after 2days when l got back. The owner of the shop he drive my car without permission and blown the turbo on the enjin. He Kunz Uys ID nr 740 ********** 081 said he will fix it from his pocket and with alot of begging asking when will he be abke to fix my car. He just write me a letter with his name on the paper and his ld nr and shop adress and said it will be on the 26/6/2017 then again on the 22/07/2017 and then again on the 27/7/2017 now l was there again and he promised again my car will be fixed on the 20/08/2017 on a Sunday. But my car's enjin is taken apart and lm now fed up with this **** because he stripped my car enjin piece by piece theres no turbo no head nothing of my car is in a good condition. He also took out the battery and the gearlever knob is gone the left side of the flicker light is taken. He also break everything underneath the dashboard wiring is just hanging outside. I did had the police there at the workshop he is always nowhere to be found. I went to court and ask what can l do to this man. So he can be taken responsible for the damages on my car. The person that l talked to just said l must get an letter that he must sign so he will kept responsible for any damages and for accounts. But at the meantime my car is still in his workshop because it doesn't have an enjin or a turbo or a battery in to start my car and my car was in a excellent condition when l took her to this machanic. And so long l'vd waited l find out its not just my car that this person Kunz Uys damaged or steel the parts off to put it other cars. I want to know what can you tell me what l can do with this person. Where to must l go. Im staying in Heidelberg Gauteng and his shop is in Heidelberg aswell.
