Shocking and pathetic service by local government

Just before the national lockdown I had my tests to renew my drivers license. At around 10 July, I drove to Kungwini from Pretoria to collect my license as I assumed that a few months would be good enough to produce the card. On my arrival I found the gates to be locked by chain and were told by bystanders that the offices was closed. Again today 01 September around 12:30, I drove there and stood in the queue to collect my license card. After about 30 minutes a employee of the local municipality came to collect the forms for collection from all the people in the queue, she then disappeared with the forms taking it inside the offices. After another few minutes another employee came out with all the forms and hand it back to all of us stating they are done for the day with collections we have to come back the next day. I was absolutely dumbstruck and could not believe the arrogance of public servants!!!!!!! PATHETIC...... Although I am complaining I also know that nothing will be done by that pathetic department.
