Driving testing station

I booked for a drivers license test in bronkhorstspruit and was given a date for the 6th of march at 8:00am. I got there at 7:45 and waited for them to open only to be told that the testing grounds are in a different location. So I was directed to there testing ground and as a result I was 5mins late for my test. The officials at the testing grounds refused to test me because I was late and they had a bad attitude and acted very unprofessional when I tried to explain to them that I didn't know where the testing grounds were. The security guard even suggested that we were supposed to have given them a bribe
