Lack of service

Since three months back no service one week and switch off two week,after that two days switch off, on Monday last week.Since yesterday no electricity evey body know story Tembu Road Ngangelizwe.I called the number *** UMthatha municipality one this number every body know the story.To day only I called seven times I am not exaggerating the matter with ref numbers two I have to day without any help.I called them to day since 09;00 till 18:00 calls seven times to day only last ref number is 3588
