Unsafe COVID-19 Kung Fu Kitchen practices. Does anyone care?

Kung Fu Kitchen at Appleton's Village Centre: The food has become very, very oily, but what I found most worrying is the lack of adherence to Social Distancing Signage and Ventilation Practices. I was there on Saturday, when it was cold and there was an unholy smell emanating from the interior of the shop and the kitchen. No social distancing stripes or dots on the floor. All the tables and chairs have been moved into one line, apparently so no-one would sit/use them, (I was informed by the lady behind the till: "No Sitting") but there is literally Zero signage telling patrons not to sit there, and obviously, when they are all bunched up, there is also Zero social distancing between the furniture. The lady (behind the till) who takes the orders was coughing and she speaks very little English, which is usually not a problem as you can point to what you want, but she is not particularly friendly either, and the coughing obviously is a deterrent. The manager was nowhere to be found.

Is the Kung Fu Kitchen brand aware that during COVID-19, there has to be ventilation, social distancing signage on floors and chairs and tables and that it is not a good idea to have the lady taking orders and who works with money coughing?
