Rude Manager!

<p>Rudest manager I have ever encountered. She claims that my card had been declined even though I can see on my internet banking that it had gone off but she is refusing to release my food. When calling to inform her of this she put the phone down on me!! Now I have to go through the whole schlep of getting this reversed! They have most definitely lost a frequent customer.</p>
