Rotten ingredients Sushi

I used to eat sushi often at Kung Fu Kitchen Bedfordview. Today I was eating my usual salmon sushi when I noticed my sushi smelled off. So I took it over to the sushi chef and he was arrogant, said his ingredients were fine. He took the sushi and did nothing but continously say his ingredients were fine while I stood there waiting for a resolution. Eventually I went back to my table, saw that no one was responding to the off sushi and I got up to go pay my bill. Turns out they were waiting for me to just leave as my slip was ready waiting for me. So I will never return and I don't suggest anyone else goes there as you don't know what's going on in the kitchen and cannot be sure that you will have fresh food. I will be contacting the higher authorities with my lawyer tomorrow.
