HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE-DIGUSTING!!!!

I am so so so so disappointed with this place. I have never had to wait for sushi, at a restaurant for OVER AN HOUR, only to be told that they haven't even started yet. We were told to wait an additional 20 minutes. The restaurant wasn't even full. THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. We ended up leaving without eating the sushi because the people there have NO sense of urgency whatsoever. I will NEVER set foot in that restaurant ever again. They'll lose more customers if they carry on like this. As a first time customer, I can honestly say I'm disgusted.
