Disgusting NOWOOD KUNG FU KITCHEN

I am so disappointed at the food at NOWOOD KUNG FU KITCHEN. I ordered " bean curd amd brown sauce" & "sweet & sour veggies strips" as I always do and found it to be absolutely revolting. The bean curd and brown sauce they used was dreadful and no veggie strips with my sweet and sour only more of the disgusting tofu. I called them to complain amd was told that the tofu is their veggie strips. This too is in contravention of the Franchise/ branch rules as they are supposed to conform to all the specifications of the business. In Brooklyn and 2 other branches in Pretoria that I eat at have been super fantastic with their conformity amd delicious servings of brown sauce, tofu and veggie strips. Norwood us a disgrace to their business and owe me for delivery such revolting food. Even the veggie han****l was such a disappointment with dreadful sea****
