bad experience

actually 0-star rating, never will I go there again. Had a bad experience with my order. I ordered beef chow fan, literally only 2-piece beef was in my meal. I phoned and the manager said there is nothing I can do because if not she has to pay for it and she cannot help me. Branch, waterfall.
