Bad Customer Service

On the 23 March I bought crispy chicken. There are two types and I was given the one I did not want. I phoned for the order to be corrected. When I arrived the lady who serviced me on the phone shouted at me and threw the order to me.<br> <br> I got the wrong order because she was battling with English language - it was hard for me to communicate with her.<br> <br> I tried to be calm and she was just fighting me. That didn't go down well with me. I work in the centre and I spend almost R100 a day but since the incident Im no longer eager to support my favourite eat out place.<br> <br> Thank You
