Terrible service from Kumkani gas.

I visited the jackal creek branch for a 9kg gas refill and was told to come back in the afternoon when the gas is refilled. When I went to fetch my bottle I was told that my cylinder is leaking after the refill was done and was advised to leave it there. I visited the branch to a few days after to collect my cylinder, to my surprise the cylinder was empty, the assistant at that branch requested me to send an email to the owner as she does not have the authority to make the decisions regarding refunds or handling of customer complaints. There was no contacts details for the owner and the owner has not responded to my emails, what a terrible service.
