I bought gas from them in February 2024, I used the cylinder after a week during that time gas was strong but I didn't suspect any thing one day come back from work the smell was too strong it was close I suspect leakage I to the cylinder back to shop

I bought gas from them in February 2024, I used the cylinder after a week during that time gas was strong but I didn't suspect any thing one day come back from work the smell was too strong it was close I suspect leakage I to the cylinder back to shop. The ladies at the couldn't help me as they communicate with management through WhatsApp, so it was take too long I left the cylinder and went home. I wrote the email to the company they responded that I it's not they problem so I ask them for my cylinder until today I can't find it as always I go there the lady must WhatsApp them and they not responding. Please help me to retrieve my cylinder
