ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Absolutely DISGUSTED with Kulula.com and Comair!!! I got a credit on my lockdown lights in the form of a travelbank credit - apparently to be used on any Kulula or British Airways flight. EXCEPT - there is no option that allows you to use them on a british airways flight. I have tried phoning both the Kulula and Brisith Airways call centres for over 30 min at a time, repeatedly and no one ever answers the calls. Emails are not answered either! SIS! A bunch of *******!
