You dont get what you pay for.

Very disappointed with our experience, We paid to reserve seats and checked in early and confirmed our seats only to find that they changed the seats on drop off separating myself and my wife and infant child, i was frustrated to find there were two open seats that were never filled. Thankfully the flight attendants were amazing and were able to move us. But this makes me feel that reserving seats is a **** and now I'm going to have to go though the trouble of getting the money refunded. Its very unlikely that I will use Kulula again. They are no longer monitoring Hello Peter but i feel its still worth posting for others to see how bad their systems currently are.

The only reason im giving 2 starts and not 1 is because of the Great flight attendents.
