Yay!

Last week I complained about Kulula ******ing money from us. They promised to contact me, which they did not do.<br> However, today I phoned Kulula again to change my flight. Lenore Davids is the consultant I spoke to and she was wonderful. Great attitude, patient, and very efficient. My phone cut while we were talking and she called me back. I emailed her my flight details and my student card. She was so on the ball.<br> After the #FeesMustFall admin fee waiver was put in play, I had no fees to pay for changing the flight.<br> <br> Thank you so much, Lenore.
