*** Kulula

Disgusted with Kulula's service. Due to an error on your website I paid for the same flight twice with the amount being taken off my account twice and have now been told refunds take 6 to 8 weeks to be processed. This is simply unacceptable especially that this was in no way my fault.

I will definitely not be flying with Kulula ever again. The 2 month wait for my refund is worse than paying a higher price on another airline.

Unbelievably angry ?
