Worst service of my life

<p>The service at Kulula was horrible, I had a plane ride to East London on the 28th of Oct. Little did I know the delay would be 4hours. Four hours without word from the staff, until they decided to tell us not all who bought the tickets would make it on. They had the nerve to then shout at us and insinuate it was somehow our fault. It became a Hunger Game-esque process of elimination, "who will make it on ?"... Needless to say.... I made it on, hoping the drama was left in OR Tambo. But that's when Kulula out did themselves with their sheer incompetence. We touched down in ELS late-night (having to rush to rent a vehicle , I clearly needed the exercise) ...and stood waiting for our luggage. A manager at Kulula then , quite rudely and obnoxiously announced that our bags were left behind as they were too heavy to board the plane. Now you can imagine my shock as a wedding dress was in that bag... What to do? Well I was crazy enough to ask Kulula staff what would be the recourse, because it of course wasn't their problem. Theoretically I should have just divined that, they would do that. Nevertheless they were unrelenting in their incompetence and inconsideratness. Bad bad bad service .... I will never trust them again.... and the wedding ....well without an outfit .. the party must go on. No matter how miserably . </p>
