WORST SERVICE EVER

Hi I booked 2 return tickets for my mom and dad for July die to covid all flights was gounded. I phoned Kalula and asked them to make me a virtual voucher as i need to use that refund for travel for my wedding. i asked them if it will be available end October they assured me it will be i phoned today and there is still nothing and the person who helped me is totally uncompitant i had to spell everything multible times this is totally unexeptable
