WORST SERVICE EVER

An 82 year old lady was booked on the 16:20 flight with you guys from Johannesburg to Durban, BIDair was supposed to take her to the plane, they forgot her in the waiting room, she missed her plane, her daughter and grandson had to race 60km back to O.R Tambo international to go and calm her down and make sure she was rebooked on the 20:00 flight, she sat at that airport for a total of 6hours thanx to the pathetic service of kalula and BIDair Services.
