Worst Low Cost Airline in SA
Kulula must rate as the worst low cost airline in the country, ,why is it always they their flights are delayed 90 % of the times I have flown with them the flights are delayed today the 9th July 2015 I booked a flight should have departed at 8.50 then delayed to 9.30 and now 10.30 absolutely ridiculous can't wait for Safair to take to the skies on the jhb, to durban route even mango keeps to their times this is not the first time this happened kulula you are pathetic pathetic pathetic in time keeping. Flight number xgbjmr.

The flight in question was not delayed but experienced a schedule change. We try to avoid making any alterations to our published timetable although it is sometimes unavoidable in the airline industry. In the event of a schedule cancellation or time change, we will accommodate passengers on the next available flight. According to our records, there was a 30 mins difference in flight times and you were advised in advance. I can assure you that any flight schedule changes are a complex matter and any decision to alter them is taken only after several important issues are considered and resolved.
Unfortunately I cannot advise on the other delayed flights you have experienced as no flight details were provided. We are sure that you will understand that our primary and utmost concern is for the safety of our customers and crew. While various factors can influence our on-time departure, we are working really hard to minimize delays and cancellations which are within our control.
