Worst flight ever

<p>I was told the flight is overbooked and they can only help me a at a later flight. On the later flight we are delayed by 20 min due to no shows and then waiting for over booked customers to board. Effect half a day doen the drain due to overbooking. Over booking is a aloud but by only 1% during school holidays. This was not the result on this flight as more than 12 people that was overbooked.</p> <p> </p> <p>Horrible experience </p>
