Worst Experience Ever

<p>When I got my my luggage in Johannesburg, it was cracked. I immediately went to the baggage claim inquiry and asked for help. She said that you have to wait about an hour and we can give you another bag which is repaired by them just like mine they have damaged of other passengers. As I didn't want to use someone else's bag and had a connecting international flight, I didn't have enough time to discuss about it further, I just left from there. You can see how my bag is cracked in the photo. Really disappointing and awful experience I had with Kulula. Never gonna refer to others. </p>
