worst Airline EVER!

My 16 year old son was left stranded on OR Tambo after checking in personally, his luggage removed from the plane and moved from the correct que to another causing him to be left behind by the airline!! I am in George and I am not receiving any help from Kulula or OR Tambo whatsoever! Due to their incompetence it cost him buying a ticket for more then 24 hours later! Costing double his original ticket and being stranded in JHB for 24 hours! Completely unacceptable!!!
