Worst airline and they *****

I booked a flight to Cape town and back. Kulula charged me 3 times and i only have reference numbers for the 2 flights i booked. I took it up with them and im still waiting for a response 3 days later after saying they would get back to me. The one flight is still pending on my credit card and I cant use it. The card company says they cant cancel the pending charge until kulula authorizes it. There is always an wen i book with kulula. Either my stuff gets ****** on the plane, they late on their flights or they double charge me. Im never booking with them again. It will be in everyones best interest to ignore kulula as an airline. They are the worst.
