Worse Airline Ever

Will never book with kulula again and definitely would not recommend them to anyone! I had booked flights to go home next month and get a notification saying flights are cancelled, not due to any government protocols but a decision made by kulula themselves, when trying to get a refund to book on another airline i first get told its not possible and that i can use the flights another time, after 15 minutes on the call i eventually get told i have to wait 8 weeks to get my money back, completely unacceptable as how do i rebook a flight elsewhere with no money?? I get told I would be contacted as the call agent was useless, its been a week and im still waiting.
