Wont fly with Kulula again

<p>Travelling from JHB to Durban after a hectic business day I was looking forward to relaxing on the plane but I was in for quite a shock. firstly the plane was delayed & we had to queue up with no chairs available to sit on. I wasn’t satisfied with the cleanliness of the plane & how old it looked compared to other planes I have been on. The panel next to the window by my seat made so much noise during flight I was scared I was going to be sky diving soon. At a stage the noise was so bad I actually got scared for my life. I also could not hear any of the announcements made by the flight attendants or the pilot . I also wanted to order some lunch & to my surprise there was no food available, only sweets & warm cold drink. I have flown with SAFAIR many times & i was impressed every time. i have flown with Kulula once i will never fly with you again. Very disappointing</p> <p> </p>
