Will never use Kulula ever again.

I am so annoyed by the grounding of flights and the total disregard to organise the passengers new flights or give their money back. This is completely unacceptable. I am not getting the service so I would like my money back. I don’t want a flight another time , I want a flight that day. Please can I get assistance on the matter. I shell never use Kulula ever again!
