Why is it impossible to cancel my booking
Hi I cannot get any help from the call centre, I urgently need to cancel my flight bookings but kulula doesn't offer those options? I don't understand why all I know is I am very upset and their website says 100% cancellation fee. Is this all airlines policy .Please assist.

When a booking is confirmed and paid for, we cannot reverse the charges unfortunately. kulula.com has a non-refundable policy according to the fares book and this is advertised online. Customers are advised to rebook for alternative dates in order not to forfeit the booking.
As kulula.com is a low cost carrier, these rules have been implemented. With full service carriers, the fares are higher which allow for more flexibility.
