Why can we not collect the card at a branch?

<p>My husband has been waiting for his replacement card for months. He travels extensively and is usually out of the country when you want to delivery it - yet you REFUSE to allow him to collect the card at a branch when it's convenient for him! How pathetic is this day and age. He arranged with the bank that you'd deliver at home for me (his wife) to sign for it, but you want a Power of Attorney for that. This is absolute *******. </p>
