Where is your customer service?
There was a glitch on the [URL Removed] website last night after I have filled in my credit card details that resulted in a strange sequence of events. I ended up being charged for a flight a month earlier than what I was initially quoted for. I tried calling them immediately, but their service centre was already closed. I tried again this morning but was told that it would be best for me to e-mail, which I duly did. After four e-mails I have not heard back from them. I have now contacted my credit card company instead, who will proceed with a claim against [URL Removed] since what took place is considered a breach in electronic distance selling policy. I would have preferred not to have to call Mastercard in the UK and rather deal with [URL Removed] directly, but perhaps, like the maintenance of their website, their customer service provision is not up to scratch? It's a shame, since I am now loathe to book through their website again. Luckily, on the CT route, there is another budget provider that I will use in future. Apparently it costs 7 times more to 'win' a new client than to keep an old one. In which case your poor customer service makes for bad business [URL Removed]<br>
