Where is my refund?

We requested a refund on tickets booked at the beginning of the year and got a Refund ID - then the lockdown came and business rescue etc etc Now I have been trying to follow up on the refund and all they are interested in is travel bank vouchers! We don't want vouchers we want to refund to proceed as promised on 17 March 2020.
