Where is Bianca?

I booked a ticket dd 4/12 but the SiD payment option didn't work. I contacted the call centre and was assisted by Bianca Manuel, Contact Centre Agent. She sent me a booking code to use as reference and I sent through the proof of payment. 3 Days later my flight is still not confirmed and Bianca is ignoring my emails. I remember the good old days that you were able to book a flight ticket online, do payment and receive confirmation within a day. At this rate I would rather rely on SAA.
