WHEN KULULA COST A TICKET FROM MANGO

When I arrived 5min before the departure time for my flight to cape town. I was told i had forfeited the ticket , together with my ret urn ticket which was only 3 days away. This resulting to me getting tickets for a trip to a from cape from Mango. Today which is Monday KULULA informs me that i have not forfeited the return flight!! But what happens to the ticket I bought at Mango? I believe the confusion was extremely unnecessary and COSTLY.
