What you pay you do not get.

<p>I recently booked and paid for a specific seat that allows me extra legroom due to me being 1.94 meters tall.</p> <p>I apid a premium for my seat beig 1C. I went online and booked in & printed my boarding pass which still printed 1C. On boarding at the gate I was relegated to seat 32D. I was told that the plane was changed and that even though I had booked and paid and printed 1C this could not be guaranteed. What of course is guaranteed is that Kulula will accept a higher fee for the pre booked seat. When this was raosed I was told I will be refunded. I went online to log the refund and ahev had no response. To add insult to injury the plane that was at the last minute added also had a 1 C in the front with extra leg room. The passenger assigned to thsi seat was also substantially shorter. If this is the service from Kulula I will happily migrate to Fly Safair where I have had several flights without any issues.</p>
