what wonderful customer service

My husband and I were booked on a Kulula flight from Durban to Lanseria by the company I work for - it was a large group of people booked under the same reference number.. I had also made a private booking for my children who are aged 8 and 3 yrs old so they were booked under a different reference number than mine. I tried to check in online to ensure that myself, husband and children are all sitting together. The website would not allow me to check in using the group work reference number and that's when i phoned the customer service centre. Yumla was the consultant and she was so helpful. She listened to my query, was friendly yet professional. She managed to book me online on her side as well as my kids making sure we are all sitting together. During our telephone conversation the call got cut off and as i was stressing that i would now have to explain the situation to someone else if i phoned back, Yumla phoned me back in a matter of seconds. I was really impressed by the service i received from Yumla. I hope all consultants at the call centre can provide good service like the one i received from Yumla. Keep up the good work Yumla
