What Happened to General Courtesy
Sunday, 12 April, the evening before school reopens - my partner and I arrive at the East London airport at 5pm, an hour before boarding the plane. That is the first time we are told the flight is delayed by 2hrs. This means our lift will sit with us, to return at night to her dark house where she has not switched on any lights

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. I do apologise for the frustration caused due to the delay experienced.
I have enquired with Operations and was advised that an earlier flight enroute to George airport had to divert to Port Elizabeth due to the inclement weather , and as the same aircraft was scheduled to operate your flight , thus this rotational delay impacted on you.
It is never our wish to disappoint our customers , however in the airline industry nothing is set in stone due to the nature of our business. While various factors can influence our on-time departure, we are working really hard to minimize delays which are within our control. Your disappointment is understandable and is entirely contrary to the level of service we want you to receive as a customer. Our aim is to make travelling with us as convenient and trouble-free as possible for all our travellers, I am truly sorry we have failed to do so on this occasion.
We appreciate your feedback as we are always on the lookout for ways of improving our service to our passengers.
Bye for now
