What a struggle and process to fly my african Grey bird from JHB to Durban Petlounge sucks

I booked a airticket for my wife Christa Poole as we relocating from JHB to Durban but we have a jack russell puppy and a African Grey parrot what a bad experience I am having just to fly my bird from JHB to Durban they first say all I need is an airport approved travel cage now I need permits just for a 45 min flight I use my bird as a pet not breeding it really sucks and I will never travel with Kulula again as there story changes all the time when it comes to my pets it is really bad service please any pet *****s do not use kulula airline it will be the most badest trip you will ever experience.
