Website still down
Are you aware that your website has been down from 6am this morning? How appropriate this is on the day you running a special on flights. It's 1hr:25mins later and your website is still down, your call centre has a 10min delay and to top things off your agents put me on hold an additional 2 more times this is truly on bad experience I'm having with you.
